(Writers note; the reason why I am righting this note here will be due to the following content, I'm not entirely sure what the content entails, though I may say something that may offend someone; or otherwise be unappropriated to the site and its rules.
If the following message needs to be edited due to an issue based on what I might write, I will try to edit it as long as the core message is left intact.
If this content is deleted due to one of the above various reasons or an unmentioned one, I hope to have an archived version somewhere for outside sources, though UKofE is a personally trustful site among the denizens of the internet.
Lastly, I hope for the people reading this message could give me advice on how I could possibly overcome this endeavor.)

I've recently been put forward for a job placement with ASDA over a 4 week period, during this time I hope to get Retail experience. Prior to this I have also been attending a full-time Level 3 BTEC IT course; so far on my 4th week and receiving coursework.
The job placement was setup by the Job Centre, with me hoping to get a recommendation from ASDA to help with other jobs. The initial reason why I wouldn't choose a job position at ASDA was due to inflexible hours with College, which was something I had been fighting to get a position in for the last 8 months.
When I was interviewed for the placement, I made it an incentive to mention College times and what days I could work on; Monday Tuesday 8 hours, Saturday Sunday 4 hours, still plenty of time to fulfill my Placement times as well as leave me time to both study for college and some socialization with friends; he put me down for 32 hour weeks, 8 hours a day working the freezers.
After the interview had finished, I made sure to contact my college about the issue; if I were to do the 32 hour weeks AND college, they needed to know these changes. I made mention of all the pre-mentioned events, including my own fear that this will affect my college course until an Ultimatum would happen; either leave the college course and focus on a more distributed time schedule, although this would involve working in a job I know despise, or leave the work placement, nullifying my JSA, in turn my college course would not be funded and be asked to leave the course. She wasn't helpful with the situation.
Tomorrow, I'm contacting the guy in charge about these similar fears, as well as possibly asking for lower hours for the week and the Saturday off for MCM (was meant to be a family outing). According to the rest of the staff that work there, this may not be a possibility. What grinds my gears about this situation was that according to some of the other people who finished work placement and college, they had 15 hour week shifts instead of 32, where as people who focused ONLY on the work placement were on 30 hour weekly shifts covering the whole 7 days.
On Tuesday I will be contacting the Job Centre on progress; I will be putting forward these points that I had mentioned as well as the statements the Manager leader made on the Monday, as well as the statements the other Work Placement people had made.

The shop is Rat infested, the freezers are storing the rotten food with the milk, the Chemicals used in the on-store freezer has caused me to feel mentally and physically sick (as well as causing potentially other health issues) and I have to do all this unpaid or I lose the ability to attend College.

I'm at a crossroads on this issue I would like to get an Idea on what I should try to do next, if I should soldier on, how can I keep myself emotionally stable as well as not throwing up.
If I should leave the work placement and I end up having to leave the course how would I fund it, or otherwise what direction should I aim for. I really do not want to leave my college course, as mentioned earlier, I've been fighting to get this course for 8 months.

It might also explain the reasons why I haven't been able to contact you guys for the last few days.
My timetable there is 12pm-8pm on Monday-Saturday and 8am-4pm on Sundays..
The college course required an upfront fee of £2,000 to attend. I had to pay for equipment not listed and not funded by the JSA.

Sorry for the long winded speech, it needed to be said (written?). Hopefully a compromise can be made Tomorrow and nothing needs to escalate.
